Terms & Conditions – TALIFIT BORA RACE 2026
By registering for the TALIFIT BORA RACE 2026, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Event Organization
The event is organized by TALIFIT EVENTS SARL, registered in French Polynesia, headquartered at Matira, Bora Bora.
Participant Responsibility
- Participants take part at their own risk.
- Each paddler must be in good physical health and capable of completing their selected course.
- Minors must provide a signed parental authorization.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their equipment and canoe are safe and compliant.
Liability & Insurance
- The organizer holds general event insurance but assumes no personal liability for accidents, theft, or damage.
- Participants are strongly encouraged to have personal insurance covering accident, medical, and repatriation.
Image Rights
By entering, you authorize TALIFIT EVENTS to use photos, videos, and media from the event for non-commercial promotion (website, social media, press).
If you do not wish to appear, please contact us before the event.
Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data is stored securely and deleted within 12 months after the event.
Refund & Cancellation
Refer to our Refund Policy section:
- Full refund if withdrawn before March 15, 2026 or in case of dangerous weather-related cancellation.
- No refund after that date.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of French Polynesia.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the Tribunal de Première Instance de Papeete.

En s’inscrivant à la TALIFIT BORA RACE 2026, chaque participant reconnaît et accepte les conditions suivantes :
Organisation
L’événement est organisé par TALIFIT EVENTS SARL, immatriculée en Polynésie française, basée à Matira, Bora Bora.
Responsabilité du participant
- La participation se fait sous la propre responsabilité du rameur.
- Chaque participant doit être en bonne condition physique et apte à la distance choisie.
- Les mineurs doivent fournir une autorisation parentale signée.
- Il appartient à chaque rameur de s’assurer de la conformité et sécurité de son matériel.
Assurance & responsabilité
- L’organisateur dispose d’une assurance événementielle mais ne couvre ni les biens ni les dommages personnels.
- Chaque participant est invité à souscrire à une assurance individuelle (accident, santé, rapatriement).
Droit à l’image
En participant, vous autorisez TALIFIT EVENTS à utiliser les photos, vidéos et enregistrements réalisés pendant l’événement à des fins de communication non commerciale.
Vous pouvez refuser cette autorisation en écrivant avant l’événement.
Protection des données
Les données personnelles sont traitées conformément à notre Politique de confidentialité.
Elles sont stockées de manière sécurisée et supprimées dans les 12 mois suivant l’événement.
Remboursement & annulation
Voir la section Politique de remboursement :
- Remboursement intégral avant le 15 mars 2026 et en cas d’annulation pour cause majeur météo.
- Aucun remboursement après cette date.
Loi applicable
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit polynésien.
Tout litige sera porté devant le Tribunal de première instance de Papeete.
