Step 1 – Download the waiver:

Step 2 – Fill and sign:
Please complete and sign the document (one per paddler or per team captain, as required).
Step 3 – Email the signed waiver:
Send the signed PDF or a clear photo/scan to:
talifit.events@gmail.com
with the subject line: “WAIVER – [Race] – [Name / Team]”.
Important for local participants (French Polynesia):
Paddlers affiliated with the Tahitian Va'a Federation must have a valid and up-to-date federation license to be eligible and officially validated for the event.

Important pour les participants locaux (Polynésie française) :
Les rameurs affiliés à la Fédération Tahitienne de Va'a doivent être à jour de leur licence fédérale pour être éligibles et validés officiellement pour l’événement.
Your registration will only be fully confirmed once the signed waiver and, if applicable, the valid federation license have been received and verified.
Votre inscription ne sera totalement confirmée qu’après réception du waiver signé et, le cas échéant, la vérification d’une licence fédérale valide.
